This journal was a pioneering medium for exchange between the Japanese architectural world and Western modernism of the interwar period. One of the most interesting contributions in the issue is the article on the Tokyo Golf Club Clubhouse: designed by the Czech-American architect Antonin Raymond. It was regarded as one of his masterpieces in Japan and combined modernist principles with the local context. Very good copy.
