This publication illustrates the profound influence that European Modernism and the International Style exerted on Japanese architecture, reflecting the intense desire of Japanese architects to study all contemporary European architectural currents. It serves as a rare documentation of modern French architecture, with plates presenting significant and extraordinary designs of the French avant-garde.
