Complete copy of the rare publication. Carl Moritz (1863 – 1944) was a German architect and real-estate entrepreneur. Based in Cologne, he built the Cologne opera house of 1902, and various banks, theatres and churches in Germany. The portfolio also contains 8 plates with buildings by the Swiss architect Albert Froelich and Joseph Maria Olbrich.
Title page heavily browned, so that the text is difficult to read. All plates in good condition without browning.
