Manifeste du corréalisme, ou, les états unis de l'art plastique.
Boulogne, Editions de l'architecture d'Aujourd'hui (1949).
(24) pages folded (as published) with numerous illustrations and elaborate graphic design.
31 x 24 cm. Loose (as published) in original wrappers designed by Friedrich Kiesler.
From 1937 to 1943, Friedrich Kiesler (1890-1965) was the director of the Laboratory for Design Correlation within the Department of Architecture at Columbia University, where the study program was more pragmatic and commercially oriented than his deep, theoretical concepts and ideas, such as those about "correalism" or "continuity," which concern the relationship among space, people, objects and concepts.
Fold partly broken and reinforced with Japanese paper, but overall good copy.
