Very rare monograph on Carl Moritz, (1863-1944),  in the last part some more plates with works by Albert Froelich (1876-1953) and Joseph Maria Olbrich (1867-1908). Carl Moritz studied at the Technical University of Berlin and from  From 1896, he was the city building inspector of Cologne and later worked there as an independent architect. His oeuvre comprises over 100 projects, including numerous buildings for the Barmer Bankverein, as well as numerous villas, housing estates, theaters and churches, and his work is primarily associated with German historicism in the Rhineland.

Title page heavily browned, as is very often the case with these Japanese publications, so that the text is difficult to read. All plates in good condition without browning.
